Pre-Installation Checklist

• All light fixtures will need to be removed and reinstalled by the homeowner/builder

• Toilet and surrounding area cleaned and disinfected (if applicable).

• All personal items, décor, and breakables removed from installation areas. Furniture moved as needed to allow clear access to walls.

• Adequate space available for ladders, 5’ x 3’ work table, and tools.

• Area must be clean and free from construction debris, dust & dirt.

• Climate controlled to approx. 70 degrees. (HVAC must be installed and heat provided during winter. AC in summer)

Important Installation Notes

• Not all wallpaper installations are perfectly seamless. Dark or highly saturated prints may show more visible seams due to white paper backing. White papers with sparse design may also reveal seams, depending on the substrate. Vinyl wallcoverings that require double cut on the wall installation may also product various results.

• Grasscloth, fabric, and textile wallcoverings install as individual panels and will produce a panel effect. Shading variations are inherent to natural fibers and may be unavoidable. Please consult with your designer regarding shading of natural fiber textiles.

• When trimming wallpaper against natural stone, granite, caulk, grout, or uneven surfaces, a smooth cut edge may not always be achievable. In some cases, installing wallpaper prior to trim, countertops, or shelving may be recommended.

Wallpaper Aftercare

• Printed & non-woven wallpapers: wipe gently with plain water only using a soft microfiber cloth.

• Grasscloth, fabric & textile wallcoverings: no water. Do not rub or scrub. Dust lightly with a dry microfiber cloth or soft brush only.

• If concerns arise, please contact me before attempting cleaning or repairs.
